Al Rivera, CEO of ERH Contracting since 2001. 32 years experience as a General Contractor in the NYC area. The visionary and the logistics professional of the TEAM.

David Shriner-Cahn

Advisor to the CEO

David has been part of the growth of ERH Contracting since 2008. He is a recognized authority on entrepreneurship and leadership development, empowering individuals, teams and organizations to surpass their expectations and become the leaders in their niche. David also hosts the podcast, Smashing the Plateau, offering a wealth of personal experiences and practical advice about achieving business breakthroughs.

Claudia Melgar-Killien

Finance Manager

A cornerstone of ERH Contracting since 2016, Claudia expertly manages the full spectrum of our financial operations, including accounts receivable and payable, payroll processing, and essential financial reporting. She holds dual B.S. degrees in Public Accounting and Business, Management and Finance from Brooklyn College. This robust academic foundation, combined with years of practical experience, ensures the financial integrity of our projects. Additionally, Claudia is bilingual in English and Spanish, which is invaluable for seamless communication with our diverse teams and client base.

Eric Gonzalez

Operations Manager

Joining ERH Contracting in mid-2024, Eric is a solutions-oriented leader dedicated to maximizing project efficiency and client satisfaction. He expertly manages workflows by ensuring clear, effective communication between clients and internal teams. Eric plays a crucial role in upholding the company’s high standards for project execution and is committed to delivering exceptional results on every assignment.

Anny Campos

Project Manager

Anny Campos holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture and has been an integral part of ERH for over a decade. With extensive experience in residential home renovations, she is recognized for her meticulous attention to detail and sophisticated design approach. Anny works closely with clients throughout every stage of the project, providing hands-on guidance in selecting finishes and design options that best reflect their vision. Her ability to merge functionality with refined aesthetics consistently results in luxury spaces that showcase exceptional craftsmanship and timeless elegance.

Christa Arrington

Office Manager

A foundational member of the ERH Contracting Team for a decade, Christa is the driving force behind our client-centric office operations. Her expertise is focused on maintaining maximum efficiency, where she facilitates effective client communication, oversees all critical administrative tasks, and manages an organized database for rapid information access. Christa’s unwavering dedication to exceptional support ensures smooth daily operations for the entire team, including her essential administrative assistance to Al and Eric.
